Cheonel sells Korean skincare products with cash-on-delivery service in Iraq. This policy explains how we handle your information when you contact us, including via WhatsApp.
Information we collect
When you message us or place an order we collect your name, phone number, delivery address, and the contents of your messages and orders, only to process and deliver your order and provide support.
How we use it
We use your information solely to respond to your enquiries, prepare and deliver your order through our courier partner, confirm cash-on-delivery payment, and keep you updated. We never sell your information.
Sharing
We share delivery details only with our courier partner to deliver your order, and we use WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) to communicate with you. We do not share your data with advertisers.
Conversations are handled through the WhatsApp Business Platform and used only to assist you and fulfil your orders.
Retention and your choices
We keep order and contact information only as long as needed to provide service and meet legal requirements, then delete it. You may ask us to access or delete your information anytime by messaging us.
